CCV meeting last night….latest news!

Well, like they say “no news is good news.” not that there was no news, there just wasn’t anything major, huge, pressing, scary or worrisome!

At a condo meeting, that’s a great thing!!

There will be some trees taken out (marked with red paint), have been minor changes to yard waste pick up and really not too much more that we can publish here. Few more minor things did come up so…..

The BIG Meeting is tonight!

Hi folks and welcome back!

We had the Country Club Village of Northville CCV III annual meeting a few weeks back.

We gave away some awesome gift cards there and will do the same thing tonight at the Country Club Village of Northville CCV II (two!) annual meeting – Tonight!!

It sounds like there are a lot of items of for discussion, including taking down some landscaping & trees, discussing some restrictions, community amenities (pool, tennis courts) maintenance issues, fees, etc. Kind of the basics of, and items that come up, when owning a condo in Northville.
